How to buy & get the gift card?

Buy and receive your gift card in just a few steps: Select the desired amount above. Enter your name as the sender and the name of the recipient. You can also add a short personal message for the recipient and decide when and to which email address the digital gift card should be sent. Then place the gift card in the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. Follow the steps of the payment process. After you have completed the purchase, you will receive the gift card directly by email. Please note: as the gift card is a digital product, it cannot be purchased together with physical items (e.g. gift card and plate).

Can I buy the gift card together with other items?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As the gift card is a digital product, it is not possible to combine it with physical items from our shop (e.g. gift card and plate) for technical reasons. Please purchase the gift card separately.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Yes, you can redeem multiple gift cards for the same purchase. Enter the code of your first gift card in the ‘Payment method’ section of the checkout in the field provided. Below this you have the option of adding further gift cards. The value of the gift cards will then be added together and applied to your order.

What is the validity of my gift card?

The gift card is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

What if I don't use the full amount of the gift card?

Any remaining balance will be retained on the gift card for future purchases.

Can I check the remaining credit of my gift card?

Yes, you can do this at any time on this page. To do this, click on the link under the large image ‘check your balance here’ at the top of the page. A text field will appear on the right in which you can enter your gift card number. The available balance will be displayed immediately. Can I recharge my gift card?

No. The gift card is not rechargeable. You can always purchase a new gift card.

Can I return my gift card and convert its value into cash?

The gift card cannot be returned, blocked, refunded or exchanged for cash. There is also no blocking or refunding in the event of theft or loss.

Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?

Yes, you can exchange an item purchased with a gift card for another item within the regular 14-day exchange period or have the amount refunded in the form of a gift card.
